I was fortunate to win the DV the lottery for 2021, and I want to ask if I am qualified to continue with the application.
I have finished 12 years of study in Sultanate of Oman (primary and secondary studies) and received a Diploma in 2014, and in 2018 I started University in Malaysia to study IT, I’m now in my final year I major in Software Engineering.
