Lawyer necessary for naturalization with DUI 6 years ago?

Husband has lived in the US since he was 4 and has been a green card holder since then. I am a US citizen. He had a DUI six years ago, nobody was injured and he gave up alcohol after this incident. Would you think it would be worth it to hire an immigration lawyer?
