USCIS: Notice date vs. Valid until approval notice ISSUE

I have a huge problem connected with the approval notice issue I have received from USCIS.

I had a huge problem coming back in March 2020 due to COVID and I sent an I539 form. My visa let me only to stay until July 2020, however I was in middle of the process. I got an answer from USCIS on November 2020 with an appointment date set to January 2021. After collecting my fingerprints etc. I had to wait until April 2021 for an answer. USCIS asked me to provide proof of my prolonged stay: sponsorship, place to stay, ticket, bank account info etc. The deadline was set to the 29th of May 2021. I sent all the requested data on the 24th of May 2021 and got and approval notice with a date: 05/25/2021 making my stay in USA legal up to…01/24/2021

How is it possible? What should I do now? And what are my possibilities? I’m still here.
