Green card filed non-resident taxes

I am a green card holder about to apply for citizenship.

However reading the citizenship application form I see a question about nonresident taxes

While I was a green card holder my American company sent me to work outside USA.

I made sure to come back to USA every 6 months to keep the green card. However I filed taxes as a non resident because tax wise I was outside USA 330 days that tax year.

How problematic will this be when I’m trying to become a us citizen?

Any advice?
