My OPT ends on July 7th, but I will be in the Detroit area near the Canada/U.S. border in June and was wondering if I can just cross and apply for TN in June, even though my OPT ends in July.
Also, what are people's experiences getting TN at the Canada/U.S. border (tunnel between Windsor and Detroit) versus at Pearson International Airport?
