AOS Interview Questions (I-485)

Hi, I had a few questions about the AOS Interview:

Does it mean anything if our interview (i485) was scheduled before receiving our i131 or i765? The current status is I-485: interview scheduled, I-130: case received, i-765: fingerprints taken, i-131: case received. Does this mean we will have to have an additional interview for i-131?
Interview is at 6:45am which seems really early, does that mean anything?
How long is the interview typically and what's the typical breakdown/structure?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
