Is there any legal ramifications if i apply for a work visa to the US, to work at my bf store, and not mentioning i intend to marry him later on?
Would this be something that could get me in trouble?
The K1 visa method will take too long and a work visa is a suitable option so we could spend time together before marriage and he's in need of another employee anyways so the job position is legitimate as is the relationship.
My concern is that i could get in trouble for not being fully truthful and withholding the relationship part.
