Hi,
I'm about to be hired as a management consultant at a restaurant with a TN visa (I'm from Mexico). My employer offered me as one of the options for me to work with him the labor certification with permanent residency which is something I really want but it would take about a year for me to start working with him and we both want me to start ASAP.
Since permanent residency is something I'm interested in, I was wondering if I could get the TN visa to start soon, and in a couple of months start the application for an EB-3 visa.
