Ques Reg Move to US from Canada within Same Company & non-Compete Requirement?

Hello Experts ,

First time poster , correct me if anything gone wrong in posting this.......

So I got an Offer on US side .

Currently I am FTE with one of financial company in Canada say FC-CAD.

FC_CAD have US presence Say FC-US. One of the vendor from US (V-US) side ,with working tie up with FC-US liked my Profile and reach out to me with joining opportunities.

The work I do in FC-CAD has close link with FC-US.

Concerns:

• So If I resign from FC-CAD and join V-US and start working for FC-US as contingent worker will there be any legality that FC-CAD can stop me?
• Will non-compete agreement come into picture?
• Any objection/flagging for USCIS later if I go for Green Card Process , any RFE concern/flag?
• Will the V-US will be under any scrutiny?

note:

• I never signed any non-compete agreement with FC-CAD
• I am Canadian Citizen
