mom did not declare foreign asset and she’s a green card holder

she have quite a bit of money in South Korea, maybe few millions... she’s a green card holder and has not told the us govt about the money. Will this be a problem when trying to naturalize?

I’m a USC thru my father thus have N600. Will this affect me as well?
