L1 visa query: Continuous 1 year of employment needed in same company

Hi all,

I have got an offer letter from US location in my company.

I have a query regarding L1 visa around the following statement mentioned on US Embassy website:

L-1 (intra-company transferees) “In addition, you must have been employed outside the United States with the international company continuously for one year within the three years preceding your application for admission into the United States. “

For my scenario, my business entity has changed less than 7 months back.

So wanted to know if you guys know of any workaround or alternative solution for this.
