I am worried about my wife. Can you help me?

Requesting the FOIA for my wife (tourist visa only) we found out she has a record of deportable/inadmissible alien file.

Ima try to make it short and to the point.

My grandfather died. I was living with my wife in Mexico. Due to covid she could not cross to usa. I wanted her to go with me to Arizona to be with me at the funeral. We said we would ask for a permit. And so we did. My wife and i had spoken about getting that permit. We planned to stay in the USA since we were gonna go to the funeral already and fix her papers (we thought it was that easy). However the officer gave us the permit but gave us a date to return it (we thought since were married they would allow my wife to stay with me) We asked the officer about her staying and he said no and obviously we were going to abide by the rules. So we proceded to getting the permit.

I had previously been to an immigration counselor requesting info about fixing her papers. The info she gave me for some reason my wife had it in her back pack (i didnt know) the officer checked her belonging before approving the permit and they saw the info in her pack so she was questioned and accused of wanting to commit fraud. We were honestly mot trying to do ilegal activities. In summary they did not let her in and told her to walk out. They gave her her visa and backpack and she comes out the way we came in. I had already crossed after i realized she was taking long she calls me crying and well tells me all. So i walk out to meet her as well. Please advice (b)(7)(e) is all over the report (statue that allows them to keep full disclosure of info privately) I want to know what it says and what to do?

The next week after the incident we submitted paperwork for her residence through Mexico. Waiting for juarez appoitnment Thankyou

N-400 form {"data":null,"error":{"developerMessage":null,"userMessage":null}} message

A few questions: I filed my N400 naturalization on March 23, 2020. Nearly one year later on Feb 2021 they sent me a notice that they'll reuse my biometrics from my green card application, but they won't refund the biometric fee! At the same time April 2021 showed up on my account as the expected completion date. Last week, the status was "17 days". Today the estimated time of completion has disappeared!!! Any idea what that means? More importantly - When I click on "View PDF" link under "N-400 Application for Naturalization", to see my actual N-400 form, I get " {"data":null,"error":{"developerMessage":null,"userMessage":null}} " message! The form is also missing under "Documents -> Your Uploads" tab! So, it appears that my N400 form is missing! What does that all mean, considering that it's impossible to file without N400 form! Finally, under profile, My name is incorrectly sp...
