So basically as I’ve stated on previous post I got a caution 5 years ago for threats to kill I will first of all be applying for my b2 visa then if everything goes well after meeting my gf it will then be going for the k2 visa. I have been looking at information surrounding this, so on a website I was looking at the way my case was dealt with could constitute to lack of intent etc and low severity. I know this isn’t a case of because of this it’s okay no it’s still a horrible thing to do I get that ( I can explain more if you need) But after reading on certain sites etc I can link if needed also That the us consultant will take everything into account what is the possibility of me getting the visa/visa’s I know nobody can give a definite answer but a rough one of just a discussion about it Thank you
