She is getting a K1 visa but the interview was missed. I have tried to register an account for them so we can reschedule their appointment on the National Visa Center website, but it won't allow them to create an account because "case number is not ready for an interview". I have called the National Visa Center but no one answers. Does anyone have any solution to this?
