Can I come in Canada as a tourist visa and work for a US based company (remotely) while waiting for my US greencard?
Currently in OPT and there will be a gap ( months) before my green card is issued. The perm process will take some time and by the time my perm application is finished I cannot stay in the US due to OPT expired. Therefore, I was thinking to go to Canada and work there remotely while waiting for my GC approval. I am not from India nor China, and categorized under ROW which should be current.
