Hey y’all! I’m an F1 student transferring from a college to a university from Fall 2021. However, I’m currently in UAE right now as my immigration interview date is gonna be given anytime soon. So, I have a quick question about this in-state tuition fees. Since I have been accepted to a university for Fall 2021, and cannot go back to the US, I am planning to defer my semester since I have checked that I’m eligible to do so. My question is, when I go back for Spring 2022, will I be eligible for in-state tuition fees?
