What is the current processing time for I-130 spousal visas? How long did the entire process take for you/your spouse? Also, if you recently completed the process, how long did it take from submitting the application to interview?
I wanted to know the current processing time for the I-130 spousal visa?
I had a friend tell me that the process is a bit quicker now that Biden is in office, her husband supposedly got an interview pretty quickly and came a few months ago. I’m not sure what Biden has do with this and I’m reallyyyyy skeptical about things moving more quickly as we’re still in the pandemic, which has backed up thousands of interviews from last year.
Also want to hear from any couples who are now together, if you recently completed the process, how long did it take from submitting the application to interview?
Pretty much, I just submitted for my husband who is in another country. We haven’t seen each other in almost a year. I just gave birth to our baby girl last month and want to know when we can expect to be together permanently lol!
