Submitted AOS. What do I do now?

Just submitted my AOS package yesterday. Its supposed to get there on Monday.

Can anyone let me know what happens now? Do i wait for my receipt notice now? And after that do i need to wait for a medical rfe and other rfe (if there is one)? How long are AOS cases taking at the moment (we are in SC if that makes a difference)?
