Medical treatment with an ESTA

Hi everyone, i was wondering if anyone could help me.

I’m Scottish and live in Scotland. I have been offered a place at an eating disorder treatment centre in the USA for 3 months. I was wondering if medical treatment is covered by an ESTA? I have a valid one as I was in the USA last week on holiday. Does anyone have any experience with this?
