Marriage based Green card Foreign Assets Question

Hey guys, I have a quick question. Any help would be appreciated! My husband and I are trying to do the green card process. I may not make the income requirement so we are trying to figure out what to do. He has assets in the form of land he owns in his home country. I know foreign assets of the alien in the form of dollar amounts in a bank can be used. I don't know if land assets can be used or not. This land can be liquidated within a year and the money from it 'can' be brought to America. Can this land be used to make up for the income deficit?

Has anyone else received this message? All of our documents say "Approved" on NVC. Does this mean we have to find another sponsor? Can we show the consular officer our
