I have an i-485 based interview this week and I wonder how to prove the intent at the time of filing i-485 AOS a year ago.
I worked for a small firm ( GC petitioner) from Sept 2009 to Dec 2018. Worked for 2 large firms FT after that. Priiority date for current Oct 2020 and upon reaching small firm they asked me to work with their attorney to file AOS as the future job still available. Now my current employer (large retailer) offered me a same or similar position and I am taking their i485 sup J to interview.
If there is question around what was your intent last Oct 2020 at the time of filing the AOS how do I prove that?
