How to report a rich tourist who is using Medicaid benefits for birth tourism?

Person is from India and has come to the US a few times before as a tourist. Wealthy. Flys first class round trip every time.

Recently came (to Illinois) and is 5 months pregnant. Lied to immigration and said she wasn’t pregnant on entry.

She has told multiple family and friends (some of which may be helping her) that the state of IL will pay her medical and delivery costs if she just tells them she has no income.

Her application to DHS is already being processed.

As a taxpayer who pays way too much for health insurance, this is total bs.

I’m all for helping the needy, but this needs to stop.

How do I see this through?

Thanks

Any idea what that means? More importantly - When I click on "View PDF" link under "N-400 Application for Naturalization", to see my actual N-400 form, I get " {"data":null,"error":{"developerMessage":null,"userMessage":null}} " message! The form is also missing under "Documents -> Your Uploads" tab! So, it appears that my N400 form is missing! What does that all mean, considering that it's impossible to file without N400 form! Finally, under profile, My name is incorrectly sp...
