How to find an immigration lawyer?

My husband and I live in Spain and need an immigration lawyer, is it possible to find a lawyer in Europe?

We live in Spain but he was denied an ESTA to visit the US with me and we would like to visit again but are confused about what Visa would be best to apply for and would like an American immigration attorney to help through the process.

Any advice would be appreciated!
