I filed I-90 in September 2020 and completed my biometric appointment in July 2021 to renew my green card. The case status has been “Case is actively reviewed by USCIS” since July 2021. Is it normal that I haven't heard back from them? How long does it usually take to get the green card renewed after a biometric appointment?
