Help whith the pponsor and joint sponsor form application.

My sister applied for a visa for mom and dad and after they completed every step we needed an affidavit of support which she completed but the problem was that her income wasn't enough to support her family including mom and dad. So the US embassy required another sponsor for them and we included even our brother as a joint sponsor. The problem is that they are having difficulties finishing the form correctly and it's been hard to find someone who could help because most of them wanted to be included from the start of the application. Is there any site or lawyer who we need to go to for help?
