ELI5 : Do I qualify for an EAD? And if the answer is no then why?

Hey y’all my dad has a H1-B visa and I have an H4. We haven’t gotten our green card yet and my dad applied for it back in February 2016. I moved to the US from Indian back in 2014. I’m 17 years old and I turn 18 in January. So I wanted to know if I qualify for and EAD. I know my mom does because the spouse of an H1-B holder gets one. But do I? And I am also going to apply for a F1 when I turn 21. So will that affect my EAD status? Sorry I don’t really understand this stuff it’s very confusing. So if anyone could clarify this for me that would be great.

Any idea what that means? More importantly - When I click on "View PDF" link under "N-400 Application for Naturalization", to see my actual N-400 form, I get " {"data":null,"error":{"developerMessage":null,"userMessage":null}} " message! The form is also missing under "Documents -> Your Uploads" tab! So, it appears that my N400 form is missing! What does that all mean, considering that it's impossible to file without N400 form! Finally, under profile, My name is incorrectly sp...
