Being a Digital Nomad on GC

I have a question regarding traveling (inside the US) for a few months to different places and working.

I am planning to give up my rental apartment for the next 3 months and travel to different places, visit friends, etc and stay in Airbnb. With GC, does that post any problems?

More importantly, I am planning to go back home for two months in April and May. When I come back, I would have been living in Airbnb and not in a rental place for about 5 months. Does that create a problem with GC when I am coming back into the US?

Also, What is the maximum amount of time I would be able to travel outside the country (without a rental home base in the US) without causing any alarms?

NVC Case FE Review note

Hi everyone, my family and I are under the F3 category and we just received a notice from NVC that our documents have been approved and that we are Documentarily Qualified. My only concern is this message that we received today in addition to the acceptance: ​ " [Name of petitioner] does not meet the minimum income requirement to sponsor the intending immigrants for this case. The consular officer will make a decision regarding this requirement at the time of the interview. For more information, please visit https://www.uscis.gov/i-864p . To avoid delays, an additional Affidavit of Support Form I-864 for a joint sponsor may be submitted." ​ We already have a petitioner and a household sponsor (the household sponsor's income is above the required level), but still unsure why we received this.
