My situation is that my wife has dual citizenship USA and Honduras. I booked her a round trip fight to Honduras but mistakenly booked the ticket using her maiden name. When we checked in at the airport we realized that her US Passport name did not match the ticket so we gave the airline her Honduran passport instead. When she arrived in Honduras she only presented her Honduran passport. Being new at all this, our concern is when she returns to the US she will of course present both passports to the immigration official here. Is there any reason for concern that her US passport has no stamps in it for this trip to Honduras? Will the immigration official care under which passport she flew? Thanks!
