Pay Immigration Fee

Hi all, I am trying to pay the immigration fee for the green card to be sent to my mother. But when trying to create the account on the uscis.gov website, it asked for my DOS case ID, which I have, but my DOS case ID number has 15 numbers and it will not let me add the last number as it supposedly only requires 14 numbers… Anybody else have this problem or have an idea on what to do? This would be much appreciated.
