So me and my SO are planning to get married and I (the Canadian citizen) would plan on applying for the CR-1 visa? Or should I apply for K1 visa?
I like that with CR1 visa you get the green card right away.
Would I have to leave the country or could I stay since I’m an enrolled F1 student?
