B2 visa for British citizen. Is coming back for postgraduate studies - a strong tie?

I'm 30 and currently unemployed as taking a year off to travel. Starting my masters in September 2022. Own a property in the UK too. Enough savings in the bank for the planned 4 months trip in the US.

Would this look okay for the B2 visa? Instead of a job, I have postgraduate course to come back to?
