Internship after graduation on F1-OPT with valid EAD

Hello , I recently got a 10 week paid internship offer(40hrs/week) from good tech company after tirelessly applying for jobs since my graduation in May 2021.

I am not sure how to react to it as the start date is in January 2022 and it ends on 1st April, which is more than 90 days away from my OPT end date and Stem extension application requirement, so i cant apply for extension while I’m working for them.

The company said they will offer me a FTE if i complete the internship successfully, and will let me know a week before April 1.

As I am an international student in F1 status, I’m worried about not having a job if my internship doesn’t convert to a FTE role, since for extension you need a paid gig, i cant even get a volunteering position for it.

I am a bit confused on this situation. Can anybody give me some advice. Currently I have been volunteering as a research assistant, so I don’t get counted for unemployment days.

TIA!

NVC Case FE Review note

Hi everyone, my family and I are under the F3 category and we just received a notice from NVC that our documents have been approved and that we are Documentarily Qualified. The consular officer will make a decision regarding this requirement at the time of the interview. For more information, please visit https://www.uscis.gov/i-864p . To avoid delays, an additional Affidavit of Support Form I-864 for a joint sponsor may be submitted." We already have a petitioner and a household sponsor (the household sponsor's income is above the required level), but still unsure why we received this. Has anyone else received this message? All of our documents say "Approved" on NVC. Does this mean we have to find another sponsor? Can we show the consular officer our
