Immigrate to Canada from middle east

Hello

I want to immigrate to Canada and I'm lost on what type of Visa I should get and what are the requirements

And people in the internet claim they had very bad experience immigrating to Canada

I'm a 29 years old embedded SW engineer with 5 years experience

I want to permanently relocate to Canada with the same job (or a close job to my field)

I hear that non USA/Canada graduates don't find jobs in Canada. Is this true?

What kind of Visa should I get and what are the requirements?
