CR1 file yourself/lawyer/Boundless/Rapidvisa

My husband and I want to file for a CR1 visa, we were looking for help with the whole process because it seems quite intimidating with all the paperwork and English is not my first language. I'm afraid that we make a mistake with filing and that that will make it last longer.

Has anyone here have experience with sites like Boundless/Rapidvisa? I found them on the visajourney site and they seem way less expensive than the lawyers we looked at. Our case is pretty straightforward and it's mostly the paperwork we need help with. We went for a consult at a lawyer who didn't know what an ESTA was and wanted to file for ajustment of status which I can't on the ESTA so it is really confusing.

So in conclusion, any experiences that might make it easier for us to decide what to do? Anyone who filed themselves that has some tips? Or even any recommendations for immigration lawyers in CA?

Any help is really appreciated!!

N-400 form {"data":null,"error":{"developerMessage":null,"userMessage":null}} message

A few questions: I filed my N400 naturalization on March 23, 2020. Nearly one year later on Feb 2021 they sent me a notice that they'll reuse my biometrics from my green card application, but they won't refund the biometric fee! At the same time April 2021 showed up on my account as the expected completion date. Last week, the status was "17 days". Today the estimated time of completion has disappeared!!! Any idea what that means? More importantly - When I click on "View PDF" link under "N-400 Application for Naturalization", to see my actual N-400 form, I get " {"data":null,"error":{"developerMessage":null,"userMessage":null}} " message! The form is also missing under "Documents -> Your Uploads" tab! So, it appears that my N400 form is missing! What does that all mean, considering that it's impossible to file without N400 form! Finally, under profile, My name is incorrectly sp...
