Hi, Im planning to change the jobs, what should I do
I'm currently H1B visa holder, I have my I-140 approved and I-485 pending for 7 months, recently got a new job offer, so what do I need to file to USCIS for changing the jobs (same job title) ?. My application is filed by current company's lawyers, so do I need any documents, signatures, notices from the lawyers for porting my i-485 to new employer ? Thanks
