My H1b got picked this year and it got approved in June. I have my i797 with me.
I have a personal event that I need to attend in Mexico. I have been informed of a special provision for Mexico and Canada where we can visit the countries and return with 30 days. (https://travel.state.gov/.../visa.../auto-revalidate.html)
I was wondering if there is anyone in the group who has visited and returned.
Would be a huge help if I could talk to someone. Or put me in touch with attorneys who can help me out.
