WWYD: Madrid or Amsterdam?

Hi, I’m currently in the middle of 2 potential immigration processes. I’m a 35yo professional with a 41yo partner, 1yo baby and a dog. We decided to leave our country, due to its perpetual economic and political issues and started looking for options in Europe. So, after some very frustrating months of research, I find myself in the position to make choices and I would love to get your input (since you don’t know me and will probably be less biased than my friends who live in either place)

A) My current employer wants to retain me and offered a relocation package to Amsterdam with a new position.

B) A company that had offered me a job in my current country of residence a couple of months ago ( I said no, because I’m not staying) called me to offer a relocation package to Madrid.

I like both positions, salaries and benefits are similar and my partner makes a considerable salary in euros too, between both salaries we could have a comfortable life for sure.

My husband is a contractor developer and he can work remotely from anywhere, but the tax situation would be something potentially conflicting.

Daycare is my main concern, when we get to finally migrate my kid will be about 16 months old and I would love to have great daycare options for him, so he can socialize and we can go to work knowing he is safe.

And then, healthcare is my other big concern, I’m not familiar with either healthcare system and I have read contradictory opinions on both.

So, based on your experience, what do you think? Amsterdam or Madrid?

Thanks for your help!

So for the occupation part for a previous question I put down the school I go to and address, however I am uncertain what to put down here, I put my high school start and end date but do I also include the college? Because it says highest level of education COMPLETED but also in the drop down menu there is an option that says UNIVERSITY,NO DEGREE which if I do choose then I will have to fill out the school information and then a start date and an end date which I still do not know this is the only question I’m struggling will and have looked into it but no straightforward answer! NVC Case FE Review note

Hi everyone, my family and I are under the F3 category and we just received a notice from NVC that our documents have been approved and that we are Documentarily Qualified. My only concern is this message that we received today in addition to the acceptance: " [Name of petitioner] does not meet the minimum income requirement to sponsor the intending immigrants for this case. The consular officer will make a decision regarding this requirement at the time of the interview. For more information, please visit https://www.uscis.gov/i-864p . To avoid delays, an additional Affidavit of Support Form I-864 for a joint sponsor may be submitted." We already have a petitioner and a household sponsor (the household sponsor's income is above the required level), but still unsure why we received this. Has anyone else received this message? All of our documents say "Approved" on NVC. Does this mean we have to find another sponsor? Can we show the consular officer our ...
