My husband and step-children's Visas were approved and they entered the US in late July. They have been here almost five weeks and the green cards have not been received nor have we been notified of a USPS tracking number for the green cards. When I check the case status on USCIS it says the cases are pending at the State Department. I called Rapid Visa and they had no advice for me. I plan on calling USCIS tomorrow morning as I believe that an error has been made. My question is: has anyone else had this experience and how was it resolved? Thank you for any insight anyone can offer.
