Hi guys! So, We are trying to start the CR1 process. I am American and he is Canadian. We want to get married but are unsure how to. Does he just visit like normal and then we get married? Or do we have to file something to let immigration know he is coming here to get married? He would be going home for the process. I have been given 2 different answers and am struggling to find the accurate one.
