NIE valid everywhere ?

Hello people,

I have received my J1-NIE visa at the US Consulate in Munich. I am flying from Munich to Detroit with a stopover in Amsterdam. Is it possible that I will be denied onward travel from Amsterdam to the USA, since the NIE was not issued to me in the Netherlands but in Germany ?
