Why do US and China Force ppl to read News about Hong Kong or Afghanistan?

US and China claimed that they will behead anyone who don't focus on the news about Hong Kong or Afghanistan recently?

That's scary.

And Canada just encouraged their Chinese/ Canadian citizens to behead an innocent girl in public.
