Visa+NIE issued, but no comment in the annotation section of visa page on 2-year home residency

According to my DS-2019 form, I am not subject to the 2-year home residency requirement which was endorsed by the consular officer in my interview. But there is no comment in the annotation section of the visa page about the 2-year home residency. Should I be concerned?
