Hello everyone, i will try to cut this short, i’m a 29 year old Turkish citizent born from an Turkish mother and an American father. They met in Turkey while he was stationed here for military purposes, got married and about a year later moved to America. About 1.5 years later while my mother was pregnant she left and returned to Turkey due to personal problems(him cheating on my mother several times) and gave birth to me in Turkey. My father never reported my birth to any Embassy so i dont have a birth certificate outside of my country. Last christmas i was able to find my fathers phone number and talked to him but he said he doesnt want anything to do with me. I have a court document from my American step sister that my father admits that he was married to my mother and he has a son(me). I have my parent marriage certificates, my mothers civilian ID that the military gave while they were living in Indiana. What road should i follow to get my birthright citizenship ?
