I am in the process of applying FB green card. My partner had been naturalized a couple years ago. Questions are: 1. He had a translated birth cert (Spanish to English) but no signature of translator. Will that be ok? (because USCIS site asked for it to be signed by translator) 2. For the medical checkup for form i-693, is $400 the flat rate? Or does it vary?
