I immigrated with my parents to the U.S when I was 13 and I'm about to turn 18 and head to college soon. My mum has been working and is about to get herself and the rest of us a green card. And eventually we can apply for citizenship. However, I can't be around my parents anymore and I won't explain why cause it's not important to my question. But is there a way I can separate from my parents after I become financially independent and not get deported?
