Questions about the optimal timing for engagement and wedding

I started college in the US on an F-1 visa in September 2018. In June 2020 I started dating a US citizen, and moved into his parents’ house (and later to a house very close to it), where he lived, while taking classes online due to the pandemic.

In March this year we moved in together to a remote area, where we’ve been studying and working remotely (I got a CPT internship).

In September we’re going to move together to my college town so that I can have in-person classes. I got a return offer from my internship, so if everything goes fine with my OPT application we’re going to move together to the job location after I graduate in May 2022.

We have a joint bank account, a joint investment account on Fidelity, and I’m an authorized user of two of his credit cards. (He also has a bank account without my name on it, but we’re working on changing that.)

We decided that we want to marry and stay together forever. However, since we’re young (21 and 22 years old) and have been dating for only about fourteen months, we decided to wait to announce our engagement.

So I was wondering, when would be the best time to announce our engagement, and the best time to marry? I don’t want to apply to an H-1B visa, and I’m also scared that my company will decide not to hire students on OPT visas for some reason and revoke my offer, so those considerations make it better to do it earlier. However, we don’t want to come across as not bona fide by rushing into marriage.

N-400 form {"data":null,"error":{"developerMessage":null,"userMessage":null}} message

A few questions: I filed my N400 naturalization on March 23, 2020. Nearly one year later on Feb 2021 they sent me a notice that they'll reuse my biometrics from my green card application, but they won't refund the biometric fee! At the same time April 2021 showed up on my account as the expected completion date. Last week, the status was "17 days". Today the estimated time of completion has disappeared!!! Any idea what that means? More importantly - When I click on "View PDF" link under "N-400 Application for Naturalization", to see my actual N-400 form, I get " {"data":null,"error":{"developerMessage":null,"userMessage":null}} " message! The form is also missing under "Documents -> Your Uploads" tab! So, it appears that my N400 form is missing! What does that all mean, considering that it's impossible to file without N400 form! Finally, under profile, My name is incorrectly sp...
