Paid the fees for H1b stamping appointment in India but there are no dates for this year. How long is the application valid then?
I have paid the fees and the earliest appointment available is in March 2022. I am not sure if this will be feasible so currently I don’t want to book an appointment. I have also heard that appointment can be rescheduled only 3 times. Is it true? So what happens to the application and fees if I don’t book an appointment yet? How long is the application valid?
