Hey all,
Does anybody have any experience / success with booking a consulate appointment abroad to attend a non-immigrant visa interview e.g. L1.
I am from Dublin, Ireland and I have heard and seen mixed reports on this (i.e. many embassies are only accepting applications from residents or citizens of that country / certain embassies are accepting etc) - and I don't know what to believe.
My contract start date is 23rd August with my company in NYC, which I feel will have to be pushed out however I am keen to start work there asap.
Can anybody advise on what are my options to get / fast track a non-immigrant visa please?
