Hi everybody!
Just wondering how long you have to enter the US after your K1 visa is issued? I've seen 6months and 4 months in different places and also wondering if the 90 days is included in that or does that countdown start when you enter? My fiance has business that he has to be physically present for in his home country a few months from now. Do you think its better to come right away and then return to take care of the business or just wait in home country and come later? Thanks!
