K-1 visa questions

Hi there,

So my fiancé got her passport back from the consulate with the K-1 visa inside and I just had a couple questions.

It doesn’t specifically say anywhere on the visa that it is protected under a National Interest Exception. Should it say this somewhere or are all K-1 visas automatically NIEs?

Secondly, on the visa it says “CLASS B REQ. ATTN. OF USPHS AT POE”. Should this concern us? She does have anxiety and she also elected to have her required vaccines once she arrives in the US. Would these be possible reasons for this?

Thanks in advance for any info regarding this. We’re just very anxious about the journey and don’t want to be turned away upon arrival.
